[ Synopsis ]

Prelude

The new fantaserye Mars Ravelo's Lastikman. Lastikman is an Action/Drama Fantaserye or Filipino TV series based on Mars Ravelo's popular comic book character bearing the same name by Mango Comics. Lastikman is given more touches of drama. Lastikman stars Vhong Navarro with Iya Villania as his leading lady in the show. Iya Villania plays Vhong Navarro's love interest; Yellena.

From comics to movie adaptation and now on TV screens: A Mars Ravelo's creation, "Lastikman" is a superhero that has ability to stretch and distort all of his body parts. Vhong Navarro plays Miguel, disguising in a costume to save the world, secretly fighting crimes and other powerful villains. Lastikman was an alien from another planet. Lastikman's name was derived from the English word “elastic”, which means “flexible and stretchable.” His claim to fame was his ability to stretch parts of his body, and reshape himself into different forms.

Mars Ravelo’s Lastikman is the story of half-human, half-alien Eskappar/Miguel who was thrown to earth and become the country’s number one superhero. He will protect the earth from evil, shielding the people he loves from danger.

Ruth (Dawn Zulueta), a woman kidnapped by aliens and taken to their planet where she falls in love with Irroian (Tonton Gutierrez)." She gives birth to a boy, half human, half alien. The planet’s leaders order that they'll be killed so, Irrorian’s friend, Agaddon (Ian Veneracion), to help Ruth escape back to earth. Ruth's son, Eskappar (Jarius Aquino), follows his mom to earth to look for her and when he grows up, he becomes Vhong Navarro, who’s Lastikman."

Eskappar's toy robot named Butao to accompany him on the journey & its later reveals a recording of his father; Irroian tells his son the truth about his origin. Irroian shows him an image of Eskappar's real mother; Ruth & instructs his son to find her when he reaches the planet Earth.

Lastikman traces his roots to the planet Harraio. Eskappar was half-human, his skin was different from the Harraians, so Irroian tried to hide this by painting over Eskappar’s body to send Eskappar off in a space capsule bound for Earth in the hopes of saving him. He gave the child a necklace of medallion - a memento for his son to remember him by. Shunned due to his inter-planetary blood, the young Eskappar (Jairus Aquino), eventually fled to Earth, as his father thought that this is the only way to save him. A kind human named Caloy (Jason Gainza) adopts him, and names him Miguel. While on Earth, Miguel met his bestfriends Chikoy and Sandy as well as his first love Yellena whom he had saved from drowning. Later, Miguel discovered his power of elasticity until he grew up to become "Lastikman".

Lastikman stars actor-dancer-comedian Vhong Navarro as Miguel, a half-human from his mother (Dawn Zulueta) and half-alien from his father Irroian (Tonton Gutierrez). As he grew up, Miguel discovered his extraordinary powers ability to stretch and mold himself into any other objects and his costume is part of him. Miguel transforms into Lastikman, the champion of good in a black-and-green checkered costume and black string mask. Using his powers for the good of mankind as well as those he dearly loved, begins Miguel's one-of-a-kind adventure.

After having seen some of his close friends pass away, Miguel was depressed for having failed to save them. However, he finally found out that Cynthia Evilone's true identity is his mother that he had been searching for many years. Cynthia/Ruth had proven the truth through the Harraian medallion which was Miguel's constant possession. Still, there are obstacles that prevent Lastikman from being reunited with his mother.

[ Prologue: The Adventure Begins ]

The series revolves around Miguel who has difficulties about his true identity and his past and present life, as well as the superhero Lastikman, with his friends and foes.

In the distant galaxy of Harraio, Amon Labao rules over the planet Igbao. The matriarch ordered all the Harraians to conduct extensive scientific experiments about the inhabitants of Earth. They abducted a human being, a woman named Ruth, who they used as their first test subject. But after a series of invasive medical procedures on Ruth, a Harraian named Irroian pities her, and sneaks her out to safety. Amon is furious about the breach in security, and orders a full search for Ruth. Irroian therefore made the decision to return Ruth to Earth. But after some time, Irroian and Ruth fell in love with each other. Ruth gave birth to a child, a human-Harraian hybrid, but the child was very ill.

Irroian seeks the help of his friend, Agaddon, to take Ruth back to Earth, but Agaddon is reluctant, knowing that if the Council finds out about their defiance, they will be banished. However, Maaram, a Council spy, discovers that Irroian has Ruth. The Council arrests Irroian, but Agaddon manages to take Ruth aboard a space ship he himself designed. Amon figures that Agaddon is the traitor and orders a pursuit.

Irroian is devastated upon learning that Agaddon took Ruth. Irroian misses his beloved, and he finds that Ruth left their child. Irroian looked after the child, and he was surprised when the offspring assumed human form. In spite of missing his beloved Ruth, Irroian was happy to see that their child was completely healthy. He secretly took care of the child who assumed human form, but Irroian is surprised when the child manifested extraordinary abilities, being able to stretch his limbs. Irroian fears that if the Council finds out that he had a child with a human, his son would be executed. He then brought his son to another planet for safety, and artificially disguised his son to look like a Harraian.

Irroian names his son Eskappar, and when the child became a young student, Irroian decides to take him back to Igbao. However, Irroian instructs Eskappar to keep his special abilities a secret from everyone. Irroian went to the Council to tell them about his child, and the illness that the child has. Amon Labao orders Irroian to have the child diagnosed by some specialists in Igbao, but Irroian feared for his son's safety.

Irroian decided to take Eskappar to Earth, but on their way out, Maaram catches Eskappar. With Maaram's powers, he learns that Eskappar is Irroian's child to a human, and that Irroian is the one who let Ruth escape. The guards try to arrest Irroian, but he immediately fled with his child. Seeking a way out, Irroian sneaked Eskappar with him into a small ship, and leaves the child with a communication device and a pendant containing all his memories. He manages to lose all the guards, and later, he tries to take Eskappar to a bigger ship that will take them to Earth. But before Irroian can get on board, a group of sentries arrive and shot Irroian in the back.

Mortally wounded, Irroian instructed Eskappar to escape on his own, and was captured. With the protection of Butao the robot, the young child managed to leave the planet Igbao. A recording of Irroian on the ship tells Eskappar what to do when he gets to Earth. He also shows his son an image of his mother so he can search for her. Eskappar crashed on Earth and is confused by his surroundings. He eventually saw a man, who he followed. He observed the man collecting various plants and notices that he was about to cross a river. The man suddenly got caught in a big surge of water and begins to drown. Eskappar used his abilities to save him.

Caloy was surprised that a strange boy saved his life. He calls him a 'tiyanak' and warns Eskappar to stay away. A thunderstom made Caloy realize that Eskappar is indeed 'real' and took him home after assuming that the boy was a lost foreigner. He also gives the child the name Miguel. However, Dolores wasn't very happy with Miguel's presence and suspected the boy to be Caloy's kid from another woman. Caloy tried to appease her and took Miguel to a friend, asking Ate Wenggay to take care of the child. But Caloy's conscience eats him up and he returns to Wenggay to find Miguel gone. He searches all over town and finally finds Miguel sleeping at his doorstep.

[ Chapter 1: The Deadly Moth ]

The people at a park were surprised with Mothra's appearance. They were amazed by her beauty. However Mothra gives them a disease through her wings and kills them. Albert the photographer chances upon the scene. Mothra spots him and lets him live to be able to report her greatness to other people. The news of a virus outbreak soon spreads all over the city.

Chikoy asks Miguel to hang-out but his friend feels depressed after hearing Yellena's intention to reconcile with Ken. Sandy looked for Migs in school the following day but was nowhere to be found. Miguel decided to have a day off as a student janitor and focus on making ampalunggay to take his mind off Yellena.

That evening when Chikoy and Sandy dropped by his house, Miguel announced to them that he doesn't want to go to school anymore. Sandy tries to disuade him from making such a rash decision. She however comes home to a problem -- her father wants her to study abroad.

Susan's mother recognizes her in the newspapers. She tells Danny that Mothra and her daughter are one and the same. Probably the heavens are punishing her for pursuing her relationship with him. On the other hand, Evilone Pharma extends its help to Mothra's victims and offers to find a cure.

Miguel returns to school and can't help but be magnetized again by Yellena. However, Yellena was intent on making peace with Ken but he was too busy practicing with the team. Miguel then sees this as an opportunity to console Yellena.

[ Chapter 2: The Revenge of the Lonely Lizard ]

Ines Samantela, a teacher in their school, and Sandy's close friend who help her enter Mr. & Ms. POPU, was a woman who had deep hatred in the world. This was because her ex-boyfriend, Jerson (who only usurped money from her), has left her and went with someone else and even had a child with her fellow teacher, Jane. This has caused Ines to have great frustration and anger.

Ines was made into a reptilian humanoid called "Beautiki" whose tongue has an acid that contact with the skin is like a third-degree burn, causing severe scarring as well as excruciating pain. Usually aimed on the neck, the substance induces the victim to have seizures that gradually cause death.

Now, Beautiki will stop at nothing to eliminate those she knew caused her sufferings. Even a blood relative cannot escape her never-ending hunger for blind vengeance.

[ Chapter 3: Malodorous Monster ]

Albert Langitan, an ex-convict and a paparazzi tasked to tail Lastikman and take photos secretly, is a father that just wants to spend time with his son. His woe is that his son is clueless of his existence. Besides, people in the world treat him like crap. Such problems caused him to think he is insignificant to the world. All he wants to do is die.

Albert was made into a man infested with corruption named "Alingasaw". His internal organs play host to a mass of various bugs who feed on his raw, bleeding flesh as fast as it recovers. He would open up his trenchcoat and hurl out massive swarms of insects. The bugs burrow into the healthy flesh of the living with horrible and quick efficiency, causing diseases that induces rot and decay of the flesh. He also has a power to turn into insects that can fly or crawl.

Alingasaw existed in a state of constant suffering. From the swarming life energy of his insects, he siphons the power to continuously regenerate his body. This explains that overusing his supplies of insects can cause him extraordinary exhaustion.

[ Chapter 4: The Rise of the Manipulative Morpher ]

Mang Ninoy, a former Saudi boy, is a sari-sari store owner in Bgy. Bagong Unlad. He is a greedy man who will do anything he can no matter how dangerous just to gain personal profit out of it. He was talked into being one of the monsters created by Agaddon. He was the first monster that was created while Agaddon was in his alter-ego 'Dr. Jared Evilone'.

Ninoy was made in to a humanoid praying mantis called "Morphino". He can leap like the insect and has a mastery of hand-to-hand combat. Undertaking a blob-like state, he can morph into anyone he wants to impersonate. For example, he can be disguised as Raffy, Chikoy, Dolores, Madonna, Cynthia Evilone, Sandy Evilone, Caloy and even as Lastikman to discredit him. Though he can assume Lastikman's physical appearance, he is unable to "copy" Lastikman's elastic or object-transforming abilities.

[ Chapter 5: The Wrath of a Smoldering Flame ]

Ryan White, Yellena's older brother was angry at Miguel, blaming him as the cause of Yellena's death and his mother Ayessa's stroke (possibly paralyzed). Jared turned Ryan into Lagablab who can create and control fire, one of Miguel/Lastikman's main weaknesses. More battles ensued until Jared had the rest of the Foremen as Ryan's own minions to destroy Lastikman. Still, Lastikman managed to defeat the Foremen. Infuriated, Jared had other plans in mind in order to acquire his ultimate soldier.

[ Chapter 6: Vengeance Of A Cold-Hearted Mother ]

After witnessing the murder of her son Ryan in Lastikman's hands, the half-dead Ayessa White allowed herself to be under Jared's command. Jared in turn healed her of her paralysis and infused unto her the chilling powers of extreme cold. Ayessa names herself - Frosta. A tarot card reader had told Miguel that he will die through ice. After a battle with Frosta, Lastikman was frozen to near-death until an atom bomb was revealed: Ayessa's husband, Reden White is actually Irroian, Lastikman's own father in the flesh.

[ Powers and abilities ]

Transfiguration: Lastikman can stretch and distort his body like they were made of elastic, allowing him to reshape any body part or even himself into any form at will.
Camouflage: Lastikman's transformations can disguise either a mobile or immobile shape. However, the disguise is easily identified by his trademark black/green checkered costume which is a part of him, therefore he cannot remove it nor his shape's colors.
Mobility: Lastikman can move faster by morphing into any land or air transportation (even creatures) i.e. a jet plane, helicopter, hot air balloon, mosquito, motorcycle, bird, parachute or rocket.
Bulletproof: Lastikman's body is virtually immune to gunfire.
Regeneration: Lastikman's body has the natural ability to heal itself through time, especially from high-degree burns.
Lastikman's principal weaknesses are ice and fire. Like any elastic object, he will melt and freeze when subjected to extreme hot and cold temperatures, respectively.

[ Mothra ]

She represents Lust. Susan was transformed into Mothra, a giant butterfly who had the ability to spread dust that caused serious respiratory ailments.

She said she was doing all of this for her mother who was always being beaten up by his father. Portrayed by Sunshine Cruz-Montano.

Origin

An ex-beauty queen turned fashion designer. Susan is the mistress of a high personality. Her mom being a battered wife, she had allowed herself to be the other woman to show that she could control any man she wants. Taking advantage of the woman's alluring physique, Agaddon kidnapped Susan and transformed her into the flying menace, Mothra.

Abilities

Flight - Being part moth, Mothra has huge powerful wings that enable her to fly.
Venom Powder - With her wings, Mothra can spray a virulent dust that can easily kill and infect people with respiratory diseases.
Charm Dust - Mothra can naturally emit an aura to attract men and to manipulate them to do her bidding.

Death

As Mothra battles out with Lastikman, she used a pole but unfortunately, Lastikman, having rubber-like characteristics, was not affected, so the pole ricocheted back to Mothra and impaled her. Now wounded, she attempted to flee, but Lastikman turned into a hose and sprayed water (Mothra's greatest weakness) on her, causing her destruction.

[ Beautiki ]

She represents Envy. Ines voluntarily made her decision by being a mutant lizard named Beautiki, named after its reptilian attributes. The name is a wordplay of beauty and the Tagalog butiki (lizard) thus her name Beau-tiki. Her acid spit can melt anything instantly and she can flail her tongue and tail like a whip. She can also regenerate her body from serious wounds (i.e. severed tail).

Ines Samantela - Ines was a PE teacher at Pearl of the Pacific University (POPU). She has a very terrible childhood. Because of her parents' death, her aunt had no choice but to adopt her. Ines was always abused and jailed at her aunt's house. She was always envious of those around her, so she liked spreading rumors about them. In fact, she was the #1 source of gossip at the University she worked for, and was not a really good example to her students. She is closest to Sandy, but her past made her mad and caused her to blame others by gossiping about them. Portrayed by Saicy Aguila.

Origin

Ines had a boyfriend, Jerson, who never loved her and only cheated her of her money. Jerson married another woman, Jane, who was also a teacher at POPU, and left Ines, deeply infuriating her. After Sandy prevented her from committing suicide from the rooftops, Ines was abducted by Agaddon and was talked into taking revenge by working for him, as well as eliminating Lastikman. Ines agreed and stepped into the experiment chamber, only to step out as Beautiki.

Abilities

Acid Saliva - Beautiki's acid spit can easily burn and melt anything. The acid never dissolves and can affect those who touch it or inhale the pungent vapor. It is usually aimed for the victim's neck to inflict slow, painful and sure death.
Tongue Whip - Beautiki shoots out her long tongue to lash her enemies, who not only suffer the pain of impact but also the burning sting of acid.
Tail Lash - Aside from her tongue, Beautiki can also use her tail as a whip and flail it around to strike her enemies.
Camouflage - Like a chameleon, Beautiki can camouflage (environmentally disguise) herself and be invisible from enemy sight.
Regeneration - Like a lizard, Beautiki can regenerate any seriously wounded body part, to the point she can regenerate any severed part except the head.

Death

Beautiki attacked POPU College during the coronation night of Mr.and Mrs. POPU. Lastikman morphs into a huge mosquito and lures Beautiki on a big chandelier (for lizards love to target insects). Suddenly the chandelier's chain gives way and drops from the ceiling. Beautiki falls preemptively and the sharp base of the chandelier impales her stomach, causing her death.

[ Alingasaw ]

(lit. Stench) He represents Sloth. Albert became a putrid and filthy monster that could spread disgusting insects that bring vile maladies to people, as well as colorful insects that could hypnotize his victims, usually children.

Albert Langitan - As a photo journalist, Albert's job took him to wherever Lastikman was. However, he was too lazy to accomplish his work well and to meet his deadlines, so he was fired. He has a son and a wife but had not lived with them because he was put in prison. Portrayed by James Blanco.

Origin

Albert was very poor when he met his wife (he doesn't even have anything to feed her), and this caused him to rob and snatch in the streets. He was jailed for his actions and was left by his wife. In jail, Albert was tortured by his fellow convicts and was painfully etched with tattoos over his body. By the time he was freed, his wife had a new husband and her son through Albert recognized her new husband to be his father. Albert became a photojournalist, but was fired for failing to take pictures of Lastikman. Becoming lazy and neglecting his hygiene, he was forced to live in the streets. One day, he was mysteriously abducted and was convinced by Agaddon to seek revenge against the public that treated him like crap.

Abilities

Plague Swarm - Through the rotting crevices of his torso, Alingasaw can release and control massive swarms of pestilent insects at will. These insects can spread lethal diseases and kill a person outright. Such creatures include flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and even centipedes, scorpions and worms to hasten the decay of his victims.
Hypnosis Swarm - Alingasaw can also produce swarms of very colorful insects that induce children to be inattentive of their parents, effectively "hypnotizing" them.
Teleport Swarm - Alingasaw can virtually fly or teleport from place to place by diffusing himself as a cloud of swarming insects.
Arthropod Bond - Being affiliated with multi-legged creatures, Alingasaw can assume the form of a huge scorpion or a large centipede, temporarily lending his life force to the arthropod and move as itself. Alingasaw suffers whatever damage the creature takes due to the "life-link".
Centipede Spear - Within his inner corruption hides Alingasaw's deadliest weapon: fire a slender horned centipede to impale through his target with the force of a crossbow bolt. He can also release several of these missiles in rapid succession, but this considerably exhausts himself faster. As one of Agaddon's missions for him, Alingasaw used this weapon to assassinate Sandy's boyfriend, Ken (being a witness to Cynthia's alter-ego).

Death

Lastikman mortally wounds Alingasaw by disarming Morphino's falchion which landed straight on Alingasaw's torso who was knocked out beforehand by Lastikman. As last resort, Alingasaw forces himself to release more swarms but exhausted his supply, causing him to lose consciousness. A big centipede (with Alingasaw's remaining life force) attempts to kill Lastikman one last time but the latter squeezed the centipede's body, thus destroying the "life-link" and ultimately kills Alingasaw.

[ Morphino ]

He represents Gluttony. He has acquired the abilities of a praying mantis as well as assume the physical form of another person at will. He worked for Agaddon and teamed-up with Alingasaw to destroy Lastikman.

Mang Ninoy - Mang Ninoy has his own sari-sari store in Bgy. Bagong Unlad. A former 'Saudi Boy', his shrewdness regarding money matters forged him as one tough businessman. His love of material wealth will lead him to wreak havoc as Morphino. Portrayed by Jomari Yllana.

Origin

When he discovered Alingasaw had a hard time destroying Lastikman by himself, Jared decided that he needs another minion to aid Alingasaw and make the elimination of Lastikman easier. This way, he found Ninoy as a perfect tool. Knowing Ninoy's hunger for money, Jared used his riches to corrupt Ninoy to work for him as the shapeshifting Morphino: his personal spy, assassin as well as Alingasaw's fearsome partner.

Abilities

Shapeshifting - Morphino has the ability to morph into anyone i.e. he has assumed himself as Chikoy, Raffy, Dolores, Cynthia Evilone, Sandy Evilone, Madonna (who plants video cameras in Dolores' home, thus revealing Miguel's alter-ego), and Caloy. He even impersonated Lastikman (during the Christmas season) by attacking public places as means to discredit the latter's heroic reputation. These impersonations are all part of Agaddon's plans by using Morphino's abilities.
Superhuman Leap - Being infused with the skills of a praying mantis, Morphino also has the uncanny skill to leap at high altitudes or even from high places without injury.
Combat Skills - When faced in hand-to-hand battle, Morphino is a one-man army with his skills in armed and unarmed combat.

Death

Morphino impersonated Miguel's foster father, Caloy. Because of that, Miguel/Lastikman didn't choose to hurt his adoptive dad, but he was caught off-guard. So Morphino (in Caloy's appearance) started to beat up Lastikman with a thick wooden pole. Morphino turns back to his real appearance while holding an armful of time bombs. He threw one at Lastikman and the rest of the people. Meanwhile, Lastikman deflected the time bombs, hurling them back to Morphino which detonated directly at him. Morphino died even before his body struck the pavement.

[ Lagablab ]

(lit. Flame) He represents Wrath. Ryan became a pyrokinetic maniac who could create a massive brushfire within seconds and burn anything he desires with fervent ease. Ryan became the villain as he is after allowing himself to be subject to Jared's experiments and work for him to destroy Lastikman. He was called Boy Posporo (lit. Match Man) by Lastikman until later when Jared officially named Ryan as Lagablab: the leader of the Foremen who Jared had turned into ninja-like assassins.

Ryan White - Eldest son of Ayessa White and Yellena's manipulative big brother. Like Ken, Ryan is among the school's richest students called Foremen. The difference between the two though is that Ryan is best known for his hot moves on the dance floor. He frequently competes and wins in dance competitions only to be beaten later by Miguel, his defeat witnessed by his mother, Ayessa. Since then, Ryan had put the blame on Miguel of all the bad things that happened to his family. Being a hot-tempered, bitter and grudgeful man, Ryan usually plotted schemes to humiliate Miguel, but such plans backfired i.e. a connivance with Yellena caused her to really fall in love with Miguel instead of being merely a ploy. After Ken had left, Ryan became the de facto leader of the Foremen. Portrayed by Danilo Barrios.

Origin

Following Morphino's death, Jared originally planned to use Yellena as his next minion to destroy Lastikman, knowing that A man's heart (love) is his greatest weakness. However, the plan to abduct Yellena fails when Yellena herself dies after a car crash. As a result, Jared tells Toto to get Ryan. Toto had Ryan kidnapped and use him instead as a pawn to eliminate Lastikman by Jared. By telling the fact that Lastikman and Miguel are one, Jared influenced Ryan to work for him to exact revenge against Ryan's earlier humiliations from Miguel. And as an added bonus, Jared will aid in the recovery of Ryan's mother Ayessa who had suffered a stroke upon news of Yellena's death. With Ryan's consent, Jared made him into a being who can create and control fire, an ability advantageous against one of Lastikman's greatest weaknesses. As Lagablab, Ryan's powers and outfit represents the red hot intensity of his grudge against Miguel/Lastikman. Like real fire, Lagablab's greatest weakness is water; and if struck with it, it takes some time for him to dry himself and recover his "extinguished" fire abilities.

Abilities

Pyrogenesis - Lagablab can combust air and create fire on his own, even without friction or fuel. Fire can erupt from his hands at his silent command. He can even ignite the trail of his footsteps with searing flames.
Pyrokinesis - Lagablab can shape and manipulate his self-produced fire i.e. launch volleys of fireballs, firebolts, walls of fire, and long streams of fire from his hands. The impact of his projectiles create violent explosions and gradual burning.
Human Incinerator - When the fight calls for desperation, Lagablab can raise the temperature of his body to unbearable levels. He charges at his opponent and grabs him, inflicting heavy-degree burns with heat way beyond the boiling point.
Flight - Lagablab's fires are immune to the effects of wind, and he can even use them to his advantage. Like the engines of a rocket, he can ignite the flat of his feet to propel himself into flight and use his fire abilities while airborne.

The Three Foremen

Brix - The purple assassin, called Boy Talong (lit. Eggplant Man) by Lastikman. He was given the ability to create and throw Power Balls of electrical energy from his hands. He was killed via "friendly fire" of Lagablab's own pyrokinetic powers during their battle with Lastikman.
Dominic/Don - The yellow assassin, called Boy Saging (lit. Banana Man) by Lastikman. He was given the Power Stick, a long Bō-staff as a weapon. When whirled, the staff creates powerful gusts of wind to blow out the opposition. During the four-on-one assault against Lastikman, Don is knocked out by Lastikman onto a sharp protruding metal pipe, impaling him and he dies a few moments later.
Lorenzo/Lee Boy - The red assassin, called Boy Makopa (lit. Rose-Apple Man) by Lastikman. He was given the Power Daggers, a pair of ninja knives known in the anime series Naruto as kunai. During their four-on-one assault against Lastikman, Lee Boy is thrown into a burning furnace where metals are dissolved, killing him immediately.

Death

Lagablab and Brix attack a pro-Lastikman rally, forcing Lastikman to come out. Brix was later killed by Lagablab's own fire attacks, and the latter was enraged and madly attacks Lastikman, engaging him in an aerial battle. Jared Evilone instructs Toto to eliminate Lagablab using a sniper rifle, and he himself uses a device to deactivate Lagablab's fire abilities. Lastikman lands a punch on the powerless Lagablab as Toto shoots Lagablab with a headshot. Lagablab drops down lifeless on the ground, and Lastikman discovers the bloody puncture on Ryan's head. But unbeknownst to him, Ayessa had seen how Miguel/Lastikman "killed" her rightfully avenging son Ryan, which is actually Jared's plan to convince the crippled woman to work for him to eliminate Lastikman.

[ Frosta ]

She represents Pride. Ayessa was turned into a cryokinetic villain who wields water and cold-based manipulation abilities. Numb with grief and insane anger about the loss of her children, Ayessa is convinced to work for Jared to kill Lastikman to avenge the murder of her children as well as to solve her financial problems. Her transformation permanently healed her paralysis due to her stroke, and also added vast freezing powers that made her one mean killing machine.

Ayessa White - She grew up in extravagance but experienced the hard life when her father's business went bankrupt. Ayessa promised that she won't be a loser like her father and does everything she can to be at the top. Because of her dreams she became a cold-hearted mother to her children Ryan and Yellena. Jared had wrongly informed her that Miguel/Lastikman is the one behind the deaths of her children. Being deprived of her cause for existence and with nowhere to go to, she allowed herself to be Jared's tool as one of Lastikman's coldest enemies, Frosta. Portrayed by Cherie Gil.

Origin

Jared grew tired of Lagablab's successive failures during his attacks on Lastikman. However, Ryan told Jared of Lastikman's other weakness: extreme cold. With this in mind, Jared devises a plan to employ Ayessa White who also garnered deep hatred on Miguel. But for that to succeed, Jared needs Ryan out of the picture. Jared told Ayessa that he made Ryan into Lagablab to avenge the death of Yellena, and that Miguel/Lastikman killed her and will also kill Ryan/Lagablab. Jared sends Lagablab into battle with Lastikman in a pro-Lastikman rally, while Jared and Ayessa watch from inside a building. In the midst of the battle, Jared secretly orders Toto to shoot down Lagablab. Ayessa was filled with deep anger upon her son's alleged death in his fight against Lastikman. Because of the loss of her children, she felt lone and empty like a stone-cold ice. She is finally convinced to work under Jared, who heals her state and further imbues her with extreme cold. Impressed by her newfound powers, Ayessa calls herself Frosta. She has feelings for Jared... especially for his wealth.

Abilities

Cryogenesis - Frosta can create ice by freezing any liquid or by using the air around her, skipping the condensation of water.
Cryokinesis - Frosta can shape and control her own ice for offense and defense, i.e. freeze beams, hailstones, icicle knives, and a diamond-hard ice wall to shield herself.
Hydrokinesis - Frosta can manipulate water in all three phases found on Earth: solid ice, liquid water, and gaseous air.
Arctic Breath - Frosta can freeze anything by just turning her breath into a freezing gas.
Ice Touch - Frosta can make anything freeze at just one touch.
